Over 10 weeks, you will receive one lesson emailed straight to your inbox. Each lesson includes a video, breathwork recording, integration homework, and an affirmation – going through the lesson will take less than 1 hr per week, making this program manageable for even the busiest of people.
As you apply what you learn each week, you will feel more patient, calm, and relaxed. You will notice that your thoughts are less chaotic and you feel more in control of your time and stress levels. You will notice positive impacts in your relationships, confidence, and productivity.
